Another week where I hardly touched my camera. We've had one of the hottest February's on record and I experienced another week without air conditioning and sweltering heat that makes me unmotivated to do anything.

So I thought I'd include a few shots from a photography job I did this week instead. I photographed an engagement party and my client did such a fantastic job with everything - her decorating skills are unreal. Her sister made this beautiful cake, too! 

I love photographing events, I would say they are my favourite thing to photograph. Weddings are kind of like events but they run for 10+ hours, there's much more pressure to get certain shots and most of the time there's a strict schedule to adhere to. Events don't go as long, it's more of a relaxed atmosphere documenting the night, and my back isn't completely stiff for days after, haha.
