Breaking my own rule here, but most of these images were from late last week, which I'm counting as this week. I took most of these images while second shooting for a friend. The wedding she photographed was held in a beautiful old manor, and there were chandelier's everywhere.
The ring shot is technically not that great. Usually with jewelry you would use a macro lens as to get close to a small subject while retaining razor sharp focus, but I don't own a macro lens. I use my 35mm (which is more like a landscape lens!). It takes me a couple of tries of missed focusing, but I eventually get a shot like this.
Looking up at the chapel where the couple were married and sneaky self portraits at the reception venue. The fountain was just outside the reception venue too. I wish I could have taken more images of this place.

The world lost a few great people this week; Alan Rickman and David Bowie. I know I didn't know them personally, but sometimes I forget that we don't actually live forever. I've had a few of my favourite David Bowie classics on repeat, and this is one of my favourites.
